It feels so so good to be back in the swing of things! Shooting engagement sessions, editing, blogging, answering emails. These are things I’ll never again take for granted again.

We got to meet up with Kristen and Matthew in Alburtis, PA last week for their engagement session, and I wanted it to never end. The sunlight we had during their session was truly what every photographer’s dreams are made of! (Cue Lizzie McGuire – “This is what dreeeaammmss are made of!”)

I love spending time getting to know our couples during their engagement sessions! We spent their session chatting about Kristen and Matthew’s jobs, their cats, favorite breweries, wedding planning during Covid, and a whole lot more. By the end of the session they felt like old friends! This is why I always recommend engagement sessions for each and every one of my couples! When their wedding day rolls around it’ll be easy peasy to get right into a groove since we got all of the awkwardness of meeting someone new out of the way!

These two have been together for 10+ years, so they fit together like a glove. They’re all giggles and snuggles and joy and just an absolutely pleasure to have in front of my camera!!
