Blue Marsh Lake is one of my favorite local spots to shoot! It’s lovely at every season and the view is always fantastic! I’ve never had a session here this late in the year so I wasn’t sure what it would look like but it was still beautiful!!

We met Alexis and Greg at the lake last week and they are just the sweetest! I love it when our couples have a natural, easy going chemistry and these two have it for sure!! Alexis and Greg are high school sweethearts, and are clearly just so comfortable in each other company.

Their engagement story is so sweet! Alexis was on a trip to Disney with her sister and Greg showed up and got down on one knee right in front of Cinderella’s castle with a red rose. How precious is that?!

Another reason to love these two?? They saw on Instagram that I had been going through a bought of laryngitis and brought me fresh honey straight from Greg’s apiary to help sooth my throat. Sweetest humans ever!!

Alexis and Greg, thanks for letting us be a part of this season of your lives! We can’t wait for your wedding at Rodale! PS: Thanks so much for the honey!!!
