We’re officially one year out from Meg and Matt’s wedding day so today seemed like a perfect day to share their Allentown Rose Garden engagement session. I’ve been waiting for this engagement session since last fall! Meg and Matt were a part of the bridal party for Devon and Joe’s wedding from last fall so I was beyond thrilled when they reached out to us about their own wedding!!
Allentown Rose Garden is one of my most favorite places to shoot in the Lehigh Valley! When Meg and I were discussing location options and she came across a former blog post of a session we had done here, she KNEW she had to have the weeping willows in her engagement pictures. So you better believe I gave her weeping willows!!
On the drive to the engagement session the skies got dark and it started to rain even though there had been absolutely zero rain in the forecast. We had already postponed their session once due to the rain, so I was so nervous that it was going to keep raining and we would have to reschedule again.
But wouldn’t you know, the minute we stepped out of the car the skies opened up and blessed us with the most glorious sunshine. We had such a good time chatting with them about life and all of the wedding things!
Cannot wait to celebrate with them at their wedding in 2022 at The Farm Bakery and Events!
