We left this engagement session in New Hope and genuinely felt like we had just shot photos for the newest Hallmark movie! (When I shared their first sneak peek on my Instagram I had people message me what the plot for their Hallmark movie plot would be! It was hilarious!!!)
It was absolutely freezing but Elly and Max just stayed snuggled up and didn’t let it phase them one bit! We had a little bit of snow and a glorious sunset over the water. New Hope was decked out in holiday décor and it was everything my Christmas loving heart desired!
One of my favorite parts about every engagement session is watching our couples evolve and get comfortable in front of the camera. Every single couple we work with comes into their engagement session feeling awkward. Not a single couple comes knowing how to pose or what to do with their hands. And this is 100% NORMAL. Throughout our session we teach our couples how to pose. We give them prompts and work hard to get them to naturally interact with each other. As we walked around New Hope with Elly and Max, shivered our butts off, and chatted about their wedding day, you could see them change and get more and more comfortable as the session went on! Watching the process evolve never gets old!
Elly and Max, we’re already counting down the days until your Woolverton Inn wedding day!!
