October has been a month of craziness and rescheduling due to weather and the unexpected. However, sometimes rescheduling works out better than we could have thought. Amanda and Anthony’s sessions is definitely one of those times!

We had to reschedule with these three multiple times, but it was totally worth it – we had the most beautiful sunset session at beautiful Blue Marsh Lake in Reading PA. The sky was clear, we could see the lake from our overlook position, and the sun set with the prettiest shade of red. We had to stop mid conversation and take a few seconds to just appreciate how perfect the sunset was.

Amanda and Anthony are absolutely adorable together. This wasn’t our typical engagement shoot as they’re actually already married! That’s not stopping them from having the big, full wedding next year! This “engagement” shoot was also a family shoot including their son Christian, and a maternity shoot featuring their upcoming newest member! We’ve never shot a engagement/family/maternity session before, but after this session we totally want to again! 

Christian is basically a child model and so well behaved! We loved having him in front of the camera. Mom-to-be was glowing and it was only partially due to the sun setting behind her. Anthony had a few suggestions for poses (blue steel anyone?) and he kept us laughing with his sense of humor. 

We couldn’t be more excited to shoot their special day. This family is so much fun to be around, we know their day is going to be one filled with love and laughs.
